Crestron certifications are recognized throughout the AV industry and used to validate knowledge of Crestron software and solutions. Becoming a Crestron Certified Programmer demonstrates a level of commitment and proficiency that customers have come to expect. Your knowledge, skills, and performance will be put to the test throughout the Certified Programmer track through a series of educational courses and exams, culminating with a final Certification programming exam. Becoming A Crestron Certified Programmer
A Crestron certified programmer holds the highest respect in the industry, due to the rigorous training, extensive experience, and stringent testing required before achieving “Crestron Certified” status. In order to help Crestron certified programmers stay up-to-date, each year CTI offers exclusive and specialized “Masters Classes” that are invitation-only to Crestron certified programmers.
Masters Classes are an invaluable opportunity for programmers to train on the latest Crestron software and hardware, while networking and sharing knowledge with other programmers.
Crestron Master Programmer Certification
Only Crestron Certified Programmers are invited to participate in the exclusive and specialized Masters Conference held annually.
The Masters Conference is an invaluable continuing education opportunity for programmers to learn about the latest Crestron software and product solutions, network with the Crestron product engineers, and contribute with all their knowledge and field experience.
All Certified Programmers MUST attend at least one (1) Masters Conference every three (3) years in order to maintain their programming Certification and keep up with the new technology that Crestron introduces each year.
Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Master Programmer Certification Levels
Those who attend three annual Masters Classes receive a “Silver” designation after passing an initial exam. Attending three additional Masters Classes and then passing an additional exam elevates certification status to “Gold”. The “Platinum” level is achieved by attending three additional classes and successfully passing a final exam. The Diamond Certified Crestron Master is the highest level. With at least 12 Crestron Masters, and 3 exams passed, the Diamond Crestron Master takes on the role of training other Crestron Masters. This level requires the individual to learn new technology and become a subject matter expert. They work directly with Crestron Engineering to develop the course work.
