Introduction
Here at LogicWave, we know a good cause when we see one. That is why we were honored to help our friends at All Star Children’s Foundation with programming and deployment of an audio visual system in their boardroom. In conjunction with Audio Video Partners, we provided ASCF with a complete audio visual system, while offering our services at no cost. We believe that the work they do for children and their families warrants a little help in return. We were proud to deliver this completed job to them at no cost, so that they can continue to do great work with the children.
Audio Visual System
LogicWave was able to help outfit the boardroom at the hospital with a modest, yet functional, audio visual system. A wall mounted 82” LCD display allows for presentation of important information and collaboration with partners through web conferencing and other technologies. A 7″ touch panel and 4K Media Presentation Switcher/Controller provides the ‘smarts’ to make the technology easy to use. This allows the users to easily select between a PC, wireless presentation, or connect a laptop directly to a tabletop input, and present the chosen source on the display. An occupancy sensor automatically detects presence, and coupled with a room status availability sign outside the room, allows others to know if the room is currently in-use or available. Control over the motorized shades in the room allows for selective privacy.
We were honored to lend our services for such a good cause. It is our hope that this system will assist the hospital in making some aspects of their business easier, so they can worry less about the tech and focus more on the children.
